⚙ Low-stock levels
Set the reorder level per category. An item is flagged when its total drops to or below this number. (Suggested order = bring it back up to about double this level.)
💲 Cost prices
Set the cost per full bottle/unit (what you pay your supplier). Inventory value = counted total × cost. Managers only.
📦 Archived items
Items hidden from counting. Restore one back into use, or delete it permanently.
🕓 History
Recent count changes (newest first).
Start count
Clear the previous round so every item starts unchecked, or keep existing values and just update what changed.
Submit count

Create logins for your staff. Staff can count both locations but cannot reset, add/remove bottles, view history, or manage accounts.
