Reorder list

Items at or below their category's reorder level, with a suggested amount to order.

Low-stock levels

Set the reorder level per category. An item is flagged when its total drops to or below this number. Suggested order brings it back to about double this level.

Cost prices

Cost per full bottle or unit — what you pay your supplier. Inventory value = counted total × cost. Managers only.

Archived items

Hidden from counting but kept safe. Restore an item back into use, or delete it permanently.

History

Recent count changes, newest first.

Start count

Clear the previous round so every item starts unchecked, or keep existing values and just update what changed.

Submit count

Create logins for your staff. Staff can count both locations but can't reset, add or archive bottles, view history, or manage accounts.
